AGENTIC RAG TROUBLESHOOTING KNOWLEDGE BASELIVE ON AWS
KnowFinders is a multi-agent AI troubleshooting and knowledge platform that turns internal documentation, logs and screenshots into grounded, citation-backed technical answers. It combines hybrid vector and keyword retrieval, reranking, log and screenshot analysis, gap detection and self-learning memory, with grounding guards that refuse an answer the sources do not support rather than inventing one. It runs on AWS — ECS Fargate behind CloudFront, shipped by CodePipeline, with Amazon Bedrock for both embeddings and generation — and the whole environment is defined in Terraform.

Deployed on AWS: CloudFront fronts an Application Load Balancer routing to a single ARM64 ECS Fargate task; CodePipeline builds each commit into ECR and rolls the service forward, and Terraform defines every resource so the environment can be destroyed and rebuilt from the repository.
Amazon Bedrock does both halves of the model work — Cohere Embed v4 for vectors, Claude Haiku 4.5 for answers — with vectors in Qdrant Cloud, conversations, memory and learned gaps in DynamoDB, uploads on EFS and secrets read from SSM at task start.
Deterministic multi-agent orchestration — KB retrieval, general chat fallback, log analysis, screenshot OCR, root-cause analysis, memory and gap learning.
KB-first query router classifies questions into troubleshooting / knowledge / general modes with safe fallback when the KB lacks coverage.
Instrumented for Prometheus and Grafana — request metrics, AI operation tracking, vector-search latency, error rates and health reporting — with task and build logs in CloudWatch on this deployment.
A cloud-deployed productivity workspace for tasks, planning, goals, focus/Pomodoro, habits, notes, knowledge, insights, search, notifications, themes, and optional calendar/task synchronization.
Deployed on AWS: CloudFront serves the React/Vite frontend from a private S3 origin via OAC; /api/* routes through API Gateway to Lambda with DynamoDB persistence and Cognito authentication.
Single-page reviewer for the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (SAA-C03) exam, following the official AWS exam blueprint and sourced only from AWS-owned documentation.
